Learn more about Crelookup Auction
Yes, absolutely. Contact the listing agent for either a virtual or on site tour.
No, you should conduct your property tour and all due diligence prior to the auction event, as all deals are non-contingent sales.
You can begin your registration process by clicking the 'Register to Bid' button on the property page that interests you. Registration involves three easy steps: submitting contact information, providing crelookup with tangible proof of readily available funds, and placing a bidder deposit by wire transfer. The three steps above require verification by crelookup. We encourage you to register to bid for the asset(s) you'd like to bid on as soon as possible, and prior to the start of the auction.
crelookup is authorized to place a bid on the seller's behalf during the auction up to the seller's reserve amount. crelookup will not place a bid that meets the seller's reserve, and we will stop bidding once such reserve amount has been met.
Purchase documents will be sent for electronic signature via DocuSign. The winning bidder will need to access and sign the electronic documents on the day of the auction and execute within 2 hours following the conclusion of the sale.
Contract review and due diligence must be conducted prior to the auction event. Purchase documents are posted in the Due Diligence Vault prior to the auction, during the marketing period.
The Earnest Money Deposit is due to escrow the first business day following the close of the auction. The winning bidder can deposit ten percent (10%) of the highest bid.
